These Terms of Service (hereinafter — the "Terms") govern the relationship between you and UZLogis. By accessing and using the website, you fully agree to these Terms.
1. General provisions
UZLogis provides freight forwarding services from China to Uzbekistan by road, rail and air transport. These Terms apply to all users of the website.
2. Description of services
The company offers the following services: arranging transportation, receiving and packing cargo, assistance with customs clearance, cargo tracking and consulting. Detailed information is available in the Services section.
3. Order and contract
By submitting a request, the client applies for transportation. The contract is considered concluded after the parties agree on the terms (route, delivery time, price). Prices and transit times shown on the website are preliminary estimates; final terms are specified in the contract.
4. Prices and payment
The cost of services depends on the type, weight, volume of cargo, route and the chosen mode of transport. Payment terms are agreed in the contract. The client is informed in advance of any additional costs not included in the price (customs fees, storage, unforeseen expenses).
5. Cargo delivery
Delivery times are set in accordance with the estimated times specified in the contract. Delays may occur due to force majeure circumstances (delays at border crossings, natural disasters, changes in legislation) — in such cases the company is released from liability but will notify the client.
6. Client obligations
The client must provide complete and accurate information about the cargo, ensure its legality and submit the required documents on time. The client is responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate or concealed information.
7. Limitation of liability
The company exercises maximum care in providing services; however, liability for damage resulting from the natural properties of the cargo or the client’s own fault may be limited. Liability matters are governed by the concluded contract and applicable law.
8. Intellectual property
All materials on the website (texts, logos, graphics, images) belong to UZLogis. Copying, distribution or modification of these materials without prior written permission is prohibited.
9. Changes to the Terms
The company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be settled through negotiations between the parties; if no agreement is reached — in the manner prescribed by applicable law.
